AIM wasn’t designed in a software lab. It was built on scaffolding, in stairwells, and across thousands of property surveys where the same problems kept coming back.
AIM started with a frustration that every surveyor knows: you visit a property, you do your work, you leave, and then someone needs another piece of information. A measurement you didn't take. A photo from a different angle. A detail that wasn't in the brief. So you go back. Again.
Danny McKeown and Owen Jenkins spent years running surveying and asset management operations. They saw the same pattern everywhere: five different programmes sending five different teams to the same properties, none of them sharing data, all of them duplicating effort and cost.
That idea became AIM Platform. Today it is used by housing providers, surveying consultancies, facilities managers, and contractors across the UK. The principle hasn't changed: capture once, use forever, and stop sending people back to buildings you've already visited.
Walk the building with a 360 camera. Every room, every surface, every detail. As quick as it takes to walk around.
A navigable, measurable digital model in any browser. Not a floor plan. Not a photograph. A complete digital record.
Stock condition, damp, energy, planned works, compliance. Everyone works from the same capture. No duplication. No return visits.

Product and system design lead. Danny built AIM from real-world surveying operations, designing every workflow around a simple principle: capture once and give every team the data they need without going back to site.
Oversees operations, review, and approval across AIM's product and commercial functions. Ensures everything that reaches clients meets the standard the team set out to deliver.
Works directly with every AIM client to build the ROI case, get teams capturing quickly, and scale adoption across their portfolio.
