As-built drawings

Accurate floor plans, elevations, and sections produced from laser scan data. Delivered as CAD files and presented alongside the navigable digital model so you can verify every dimension without returning to site.

Scan to BIM (Revit models)

Full Revit models built from scan data to LOD 200, 300, or 400. Walls, floors, ceilings, MEP, structural elements. The BIM model lives on the platform alongside the original scan data for direct comparison.

Laser scanning (TLS and SLAM)

Terrestrial and mobile laser scanning for buildings, infrastructure, and complex spaces. High-accuracy spatial data captured, registered, and hosted on the AIM Platform for immediate team access.

Drone surveys

Aerial capture for roof surveys, site overviews, volumetric analysis, and large-area mapping. Delivered in partnership with Nationwide Drones, our specialist drone capture team. LiDAR and imagery processed and hosted alongside ground-level data for a complete view of the asset.
